Direct applications still live under Applications. Transfers is only the queue of files an agent submitted to your organization. Approve copies the application into your company and moves the applicant’s login. Deny tells the agent and the applicant, and the agent can send the file to a different linked landlord.
Link the companies first
An agent can submit only to a landlord they are linked to. The agent shares an org code. You add that company under agent authorization (or they add you). Either side can remove the link later. A pending transfer already submitted stays until you decide it.
Until that link exists, there is no Transfers row to review. The application cannot hop companies on its own.
What the agent does before you see it
- The applicant applies on the agent’s registration link, not yours.
- The agent reviews the file, approves or denies on their side, and can export it.
- Submit sends it to one linked landlord. Pull back takes it off your queue if you have not decided yet, so they can change company.
You are not looking at a draft. You are looking at a file the agent chose to hand you.
Approve or deny
Open Tenants → Transfers and read the application summary.
- Approve copies the application into your organization (Part 1 approved) and migrates the applicant login: the agent-org user is disabled and a tenant user is created in your org. Attachments are copied with the file. Open the new application under Applications and finish move-in the same way you would for a direct applicant.
- Deny emails the agent and the applicant. The agent may pull the application back and submit it to a different linked landlord. The agent keeps a read-only audit copy.
Transfers is approve or deny only. It does not replace the rest of move-in.
