- FixCompleted Payments shows a charge in the month it was paid, even when the due date was in an earlier month.
- New featureOwners, managers, and agents can update name, phone, and mailing address in Account Settings. Email stays read-only. Tenants still edit the rental profile.

- ImprovedData Management links each tenant, lease, and rental a lease PDF, tenant spreadsheet, or rental CSV creates.
- ImprovedMove-in and move-out each accept 24 photos.
- ImprovedCurrent tenants sort by location, then unit number, then name. Unit 2 comes before unit 10.
- FixApplication Review no longer shows the line that the brief does not approve or decline.
- New featureHelp adds articles on application policy, fees, records, tax packets, recurring tasks, vendors, agent handoff, and formal letters, plus a guide for AI photos and lease reads.
- ImprovedAndroid rental application fields show a caption and an outline. Maintenance attachments from the list open together in the app.

Payment dates, receipts, and late fees
- FixCompleted Payments shows the date a payment was completed when it was paid late, and still shows the due date underneath.
- FixStripe receipts name the rent, the card or bank fee, and the platform fee. The ledger still stores the rent amount.
- FixManagers can edit a tenant's one-time, daily, and max late fee from the Payments page.
- FixOpening Completed Payments posts due late fees for the organization.
- FixA blank one-time payment memo no longer rewrites the existing ledger description.
- FixLate fees created by the system show Created By as System.
- FixAndroid application review shows Part 2 background and credit screening: who pays, screening type, who must screen, opt-in, and skip notes.

- New featureData Management downloads an Excel template and creates tenants from it. First name, last name, and email are required. A unit number is matched to a rental already in Tenantivo.
- New featureApplication Review shows a short brief under the title. It is a summary only and does not approve or decline.
- New featureA Monday email lists who is late, leases ending in the next 60 days, open maintenance, and vacant units. Owners can forward it.
- New featureDecember close lists payees paid $600 or more. Company records store a Tax ID for that list.
- New featureTenants can add photos beside New Request, and managers can keep move-in and move-out photos with a note they edit. A deposit is not charged from those photos.

Lease PDF import and rental CSV import
- New featureData Management is where a manager uploads a lease PDF, reviews the tenant and lease fields, and creates the tenant.

Phone mask, declined feedback, chat nav, and ledger route
- FixAndroid Profile phone no longer freezes when deleting through the mask hyphen.
- FixTenants see which application section was declined and the manager's feedback.
- FixChat from Applications and Application Overview opens without crashing.
- FixChart of Accounts General Ledger uses relative Shell navigation instead of crashing.

2FA email, phone mask, occupant skip, and payment dialogs
- FixWeb sign-in emails a 2FA code immediately; a leftover sent flag no longer waits for Resend.
- FixAndroid phone mask keeps the first digit in place and still clears on Backspace.
- FixWeb Other Occupants Next skips a blank card instead of focusing Full Name.
- FixAndroid payment success and in-flight bank transfers are titled Payment, not Error.

- FixAndroid Review Application labels fields and shows Not provided instead of ?.
