- False or misleading information may result in application denial or lease termination
- Application fees, if any, are non-refundable
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or secure a rental property
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
