Share your org code, link landlord companies, and manage who can receive transfers.

Sharing your org code
Go to /Agent/Companies. Your agency has a unique, shareable org code at the top of the page. Give this code to a landlord company you work with — that's how they know it's you.
Landlord searches the code and adds the link
- The landlord company looks up your agency using the org code you shared.
- Once they confirm it, enter that landlord's own org code in the Link a company box and click Add company.
- The company now appears in your Linked companies list.
Tip: Codes are exchanged in both directions — sharing your code is how a landlord finds you, and entering their code is how the link becomes active in your Agent portal.
Removing a link
Click Remove next to a linked company to unlink it. Confirm when prompted.
Note: A company with pending transfers can't be removed until the landlord has decided on those submissions.
Only linked companies can receive transfers
When you submit an approved applicant from Applications, only companies in your Linked companies list are offered as a destination. Link a company first before you can submit or transfer applications to it.
