Program description

Tenantivo is a property management SaaS platform. SMS messages are sent to tenants for important account notifications such as rent due reminders, maintenance updates, lease notices, and payment confirmations. Messages are sent on an as-needed basis (typically 1–4 per month).

How you opt in

When you create a Tenantivo account or update your phone number in the tenant portal, you may check an optional, unchecked-by-default box to consent to SMS messages. Consent is separate from email communications and our general Terms of Service.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking this box, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from SCG Digital / Tenantivo at the number provided for account notifications, rent reminders, maintenance alerts, and other service-related communications.
