Connect and sync with QuickBooks for accounting.

Switch between web app and mobile app screenshots. Step text is the same; mobile images can be uploaded separately.
Opening QuickBooks integration
Go to /Management/QuickBooks/Index to open the QuickBooks integration. View connection status and sync options.
Connecting QuickBooks (OAuth or link)
Click Connect and sign in to QuickBooks (OAuth). Authorize the app to access your company file. Complete the flow to establish the connection.
Syncing chart of accounts and mapping accounts
Sync the chart of accounts from QuickBooks. Map your transaction categories or GL codes to QuickBooks accounts so sync is accurate.
Syncing transactions (bills, expenses, etc.)
Sync transactions from the app to QuickBooks (or vice versa depending on setup). Bills, expenses, and income may push as they're entered or in batch.
Sync dashboard and sync log
Use the sync dashboard to see last sync time and status. Check the sync log for errors or skipped items and fix mapping or data as needed.
Disconnecting or reconnecting
Disconnect QuickBooks when switching companies or revoking access. Reconnect when needed; you may need to re-map accounts.
Account mapping and bill handling (if applicable)
Review how bills and expenses are mapped to QuickBooks accounts and vendors. Adjust for correct GL and reporting in QuickBooks.
