Tenant record / dashboard

Your central place for lease info, payments, and messages.

Signing in and opening the tenant dashboard (record home)

Steps: (1) Go to the tenant portal URL (from your manager or the link in a past email). (2) Enter your email and password and click Sign in. (3) After login you’re taken to your dashboard (tenant record home)—the main screen with a summary and quick links to Payments, Maintenance, Chat, Letters, and Profile.

What you see: The dashboard is your central place to view lease info, balance, and tasks, and to jump to other sections.

Profile summary and rental/lease info shown

What you see: On the dashboard you’ll see a profile summary (name, contact) and your current rental or lease: property name/address, lease start and end dates, and rent amount. Use this to confirm your details at a glance.

Tip: If something is wrong (e.g. wrong unit or rent), contact your manager; don’t change critical lease data yourself.

Rental history and current lease details

Steps: (1) From the dashboard or menu, open Lease or Rental details (or similar). (2) You’ll see the full lease: start and end dates, monthly rent, terms, and any special conditions. (3) Some portals show past rentals (rental history) for the same account. Use this to reference dates and amounts when needed.

Why it matters: Knowing your lease end date and terms helps you plan renewals and avoid surprises.

Payment history and balance

What you see: The dashboard often shows your current balance (rent due, past due, or a credit) and a short payment history. (1) Click Payments or the balance to open the full Payments page. (2) There you can see past transactions and make a payment or set up auto-pay.

Tip: Check the balance regularly so you know what’s due and can pay before late fees apply.

To-do list and tasks from the manager

Steps: (1) On the dashboard, find the To-do list or Tasks section. (2) You’ll see items your manager has assigned—e.g. “Sign lease”, “Upload insurance document”, “Complete move-in form”. (3) Click a task to open it and follow the instructions (e.g. open the lease to sign, or upload a file). (4) Complete each item by the date shown so you stay in good standing.

Why it matters: Managers use these to track lease signing, move-in, and compliance; completing them on time avoids delays or issues.

Quick links to payments, maintenance, chat, letters

What you see: The dashboard has quick links or cards for Payments, Maintenance requests, Chat, and Letters. (1) Click any of these to go straight to that section without using the main menu. (2) Use them after checking your balance or when you need to pay rent, report a repair, message the manager, or read a notice.

Tip: The main menu has the same sections if you prefer; quick links are there for speed.
