Letters
View notices and letters sent by your manager.
Viewing the letters/notices list from the manager
Steps: (1) Sign in to the tenant portal. (2) Click Letters (or Notices) in the menu or on the dashboard. (3) You’ll see a list of letters and notices the manager has sent you—e.g. lease renewal notice, policy update, entry notice, or other official correspondence. (4) Each item usually shows date sent and subject or title. Use this as your inbox for manager-sent documents.
Why it matters: Some notices have legal or lease deadlines; check Letters regularly so you don’t miss important dates.
Opening and reading a letter (PDF or content)
Steps: (1) From the Letters list, click the letter title or row. (2) The letter opens—either as a PDF in the browser or as on-page content. (3) Read the full notice; it may include deadlines, instructions, or legal text. (4) Close or go back to the list when done. The system may mark it as “read” if that feature is available.
Tip: For lease addendums or official notices, read carefully and note any response deadlines.
Downloading or printing a letter
Steps: (1) With the letter open, look for Download or Print (often in the toolbar or a menu). (2) Click Download to save a PDF or file to your device. (3) Click Print to print the letter. (4) Keep copies of important notices (e.g. lease addendum, entry notice, renewal) for your records and for legal or dispute purposes.
Why it matters: Having your own copy ensures you have the notice even if you lose portal access later.
Understanding delivery status (sent, read, etc.) if shown
What you see: Some portals show delivery status for letters—e.g. “Sent” (manager sent it), “Delivered” (available in your portal), or “Read” (you opened it). (1) Use this to confirm you’ve seen important notices. (2) The manager may use “Read” status to know you received the notice. (3) If you didn’t open a letter yet, open it so the status updates and you’re aware of the content.
Note: Not all systems show read status; if you don’t see it, just open and read letters that matter to you.
