Per-org fee amounts, Stripe Connect onboarding, and agent organization settings.

Switch between web app and mobile app screenshots. Step text is the same; mobile images can be uploaded separately.
Opening Settings
Click Settings in the Agent nav (or go to /Agent/Settings). Fee amounts and Connect live here for your agent organization.
Organization fee defaults
Set default amounts for:
- Application fee
- Background check fee
- Credit check fee
These apply across your agency unless a rental overrides them.
Per-rental fee overrides
Each property can use different fee amounts. Open the rental fee section, enter amounts for that rental, and save. Applicants pay the amounts configured for the rental they apply to.
Get paid and Stripe Connect
- Open Get paid (
/Agent/Onboarding/Checklist) or click Connect with Stripe in Settings. - Complete Stripe Express onboarding in the hosted flow.
- Complete Stripe Identity (ID + selfie), then submit your state real-estate license.
- Return to Settings — charges stay blocked until identity and license are verified. Application fees cannot exceed $150.
Card payments only. Your agency receives the listed fee; the applicant pays listed amount plus platform card fees. Agent Connect accounts skip the landlord 14-day and 10-settled payout hold. Property authority is not used for agents.
