Team Users

Manage who can access the management portal for your organization (Owners, Managers, and Property Managers).

Opening the Team page

Who can access: Only users with the Owner role see Users and Invite user in the owner portal sidebar. Property Managers use the portal for their assigned scope but cannot open this page.

How to get there: Sign in as an Owner, then click Users in the left sidebar (or go to /Owner/Users).

What you see: Summary stats (total, active, pending, locked out, property managers), searchable member cards, portfolio management, role audit log, and organization 2FA settings.

Inviting a new team member

Steps: (1) Click Invite user. (2) Enter email and choose a role: Owner or Manager (full org access), or Property Manager (scoped). (3) For Property Managers, set each area to None, Read, or Read+Write, and optionally assign properties or rentals. (4) Click Send invite.

Pending status: Until the invitee confirms email and signs in, their card shows Pending on the Team page.

Editing a Property Manager

Click a member card and use the modal tabs:

  • Role & access — change role and per-area None / Read / Read+Write.
  • Scope — assign portfolios (on the main page) and direct properties/rentals; review effective scope; use View portal as this user to verify what they see.
  • Account actions — resend signup, reset password, disable, block, or re-enable.
  • History — recent audit entries for that member.

Warning: A Property Manager with no portfolio, property, rental, or area access has No scope and cannot see data.

Bulk actions and export

Select members with the checkbox on each card, then use the bulk bar to resend signup, send password reset, or re-enable. Use Export CSV to download the roster.

Filter by role or status (Active, Pending, Disabled, Locked out) and search by email.
