Dashboard
Use the Owner dashboard to see key metrics and quick actions for your organization.
Opening the Owner dashboard and understanding the layout
How to get there: Sign in and go to the Owner portal. Click Dashboard in the left sidebar, or navigate to /Owner. The main area shows your dashboard.
What you see: The layout includes the left sidebar (Dashboard, Users, Subscription, Support, Features, Help Center, Management), the top bar (user menu), and the main content area with summary cards or sections. Support includes tickets and team chat. Custom messages for tenant Chat and Maintenance are edited from a link on the Features page. Familiarize yourself with the sidebar—each item takes you to a different Owner function.
Tip: From here you can manage billing, support, and who has access to the Management app without going into Management yourself.
Key metrics and summaries shown on the dashboard
What to look for: The dashboard may show cards or sections such as: number of properties or units, total revenue (or rent collected), outstanding balances, open support tickets, or recent activity. Each metric usually has a label—hover or click for more detail if available.
Why it matters: These numbers give you a quick health check of your portfolio and whether you need to follow up on billing, support, or management activity.
Tip: If a number looks wrong, drill into the related area (e.g. Subscription or Management) to verify; the dashboard is a summary, not the source of record.
Quick actions and links from the dashboard
Steps: On the dashboard, look for buttons or cards that say things like Subscription, Support, Configuration, or Users. (1) Click any of these to go directly to that section without using the sidebar. (2) Use them after reviewing metrics—e.g. open Subscription to update payment method, or Users to invite someone.
Tip: Quick actions save time when you know what you need; for a full menu, use the sidebar.
Switching between Owner portal and Management (sidebar link)
Steps: (1) In the Owner portal left sidebar, find the link labeled Management (or similar—e.g. “Go to Management”). (2) Click it. You will be taken to the Management app (property management: transactions, assets, tenants, etc.) in the same session. (3) To return to the Owner portal, use the sidebar again—there should be an Owner or Dashboard link from the Management layout, or use your browser back button if the app supports it.
Why it matters: As the same person you may act as both Owner (billing, support, manager users) and operator in Management; this link lets you switch without signing out.
