Account & Security
Manage your profile, password, and security settings.
Opening Account & Security from the user menu (Owner or Management)
Steps: (1) Click your name or avatar in the top-right of the screen (in either the Owner portal or the Management app). (2) In the dropdown, choose Account, Settings, or Account & Security. (3) The Account & Security page opens where you can edit profile, password, and security options.
Tip: The same menu and page are available from both Owner and Management so you can update your account from either place.
Updating profile (name, email)
Steps: (1) On the Account & Security page, find the Profile or Personal information section. (2) Edit your display name and/or email address. (3) If you change email, you may need to verify the new address (check your inbox for a verification link). (4) Click Save to apply. Your name and email may be used for support tickets and notifications.
Note: Changing email can affect login—you may need to sign in with the new email after verification.
Changing password
Steps: (1) On the Account & Security page, click Change password. (2) Enter your current password. (3) Enter the new password and confirm it. (4) Follow any strength rules (length, special characters, etc.) shown on the page. (5) Save. You may be signed out and need to sign in again with the new password.
Tip: Use a unique password and consider a password manager. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites.
Security and session settings (if any)
What to look for: In Account & Security, check for Two-factor authentication (2FA) to turn on an extra login step; Active sessions or Logged-in devices to see where your account is signed in; and Trusted devices to manage exemptions. (1) Enable 2FA if available for stronger security. (2) If you see an unfamiliar session, use Sign out other sessions to end them.
Why it matters: 2FA and reviewing sessions help protect your account if your password is ever compromised.
Signing out
Steps: (1) Click your name or avatar in the top-right. (2) Click Sign out (or Log out). Your session ends and you are returned to the login or public page. (3) On shared or public computers, always sign out when finished to prevent the next person from accessing your account.
Best practice: If you forget to sign out on a shared device, use “Sign out other sessions” from Account & Security to end that session remotely.
