Opening Tenant portal Settings
Go to /Manager/Settings to open Tenant portal settings. Here you configure what applicants and tenants see and how applications and screening work.

Application and screening settings (default Checkr package, payer, fee)
Set the default Checkr package, who pays for screening (applicant vs manager), and the screening fee. These apply to new applications.

Checkr settings (packages, payer, screening fee)
Configure Checkr packages available for screening, payer (applicant or organization), and fee. Sync or refresh packages if you add new ones in Checkr.

Portal branding, questions, and options (if any)
Set portal branding (logo, colors), application questions, and other options that affect what tenants and applicants see.

What tenants see vs what managers configure
Understand which settings are visible or editable by tenants vs managers. Some settings are org-level and affect all tenants.
